Durable protection for wooden floors
Wixx PRO Aqua Wood Floor is a high-quality, water-based wood coating specially developed for the durable protection and finishing of indoor wooden floors. Thanks to its excellent wear and scratch resistance, this coating is highly suitable for floors that are subject to intensive daily use, such as in living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, offices and workspaces.
The strong protective coating provides long-lasting protection against dirt, moisture, grease and stains and offers excellent resistance to household cleaning products. The water-based formula is low-odour, quick-drying and easy to apply using a roller, brush or airless spray equipment.
Wixx PRO Aqua Wood Floor provides a strong, durable finish and is available in various gloss levels.

Application
Wixx PRO Aqua Wood Floor is suitable for treating and protecting various types of indoor wooden flooring, including wooden floorboards, parquet and other suitable wooden floor surfaces in living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, offices and workspaces.

Application Instructions
Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface, preferably with Wixx Super Degreaser. Make sure the wood is clean, dry and free from grease and dust before application.
For untreated wood, we recommend first applying one coat of Wixx PRO Aqua Primer or Wixx PRO Aqua Multiprimer. This promotes good adhesion and ensures a smooth, even finish.
Then finish the floor with 1 to 2 coats of Wixx PRO Aqua Wood Floor. Apply the coating evenly using a suitable lacquer roller, brush or airless spray equipment. Observe the specified drying time between coats.

Thinning and Cleaning
Wixx PRO Aqua Wood Floor can be thinned with water if necessary. Tools can be cleaned with water immediately after use.

Coverage
Approx. 12 m² per litre per coat, depending on the type of wood, substrate and absorbency.

Drying Time

• Dust dry: after approx. 1 hour
• Tack-free: after approx. 2 hours
• Recoatable: after approx. 8 hours

Drying times may vary depending on temperature, humidity, coating thickness and ventilation.

Recommended Coating System
Untreated wood:
1 coat of Wixx PRO Aqua Primer or Wixx PRO Aqua Multiprimer + 1 to 2 coats of Wixx PRO Aqua Wood Floor.

Previously treated wood:
Thoroughly clean and degrease the existing coating and sand it to a matt finish. Remove any loose or poorly adhering coatings before applying Wixx PRO Aqua Wood Floor.
