Wixx PRO PU Corrosion-Resistant Rust-Inhibiting Primer

Wixx PRO PU rust-inhibiting primer is a high-quality insulating turpentine-thinnable adhesion primer for interior and exterior. This primer can be applied with a roller or brush. Wixx PRO PU primer also insulates bleeding wood.
As primer and adhesion layer on steel and iron, aluminium, copper, wood and plastic (hard PVC). Also suitable as insulating primer on bleeding wood types. Clean existing paint layers beforehand and thoroughly sand to matt finish. After drying, can be overcoated with turpentine-based primers, undercoats and topcoats.

• Dust-dry after 4 hours
• Recoatable after 16 hours

Preparation

• First thoroughly degrease the substrate with Wixx Super Degreaser and then lightly sand
• Then apply 1 coat of Wixx PRO PU rust-inhibiting primer to create excellent adhesion
• The application temperature is minimum +5°C and maximum +25°C. Good ventilation during and after application is essential for this corrosion-preventing primer

Application
Wixx PRO PU corrosion-protective primer can be applied with roller, brush or airless spray.
If using airless spray, thin 5% with Wixx PU Thinner.

Thinning/Cleaning
Wixx PRO PU corrosion-inhibiting primer can be thinned and cleaned with Wixx PU Thinner.
