At Wixx Coatings, service always comes first. Our team is happy to help you with personal advice, putting together the right products, or providing a competitive quote. Whether you are planning a large project or carrying out a smaller job, we think along with you and ensure that you can get started quickly and affordably.

We are available on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can easily send an email to [email protected]. We strive to respond to your email within 24 hours.

Would you prefer to visit us in person? Come see us at Fluorietweg 27a in Alkmaar. Our staff are ready to advise you, and you can also take the paint and coatings you need directly from stock.

Ordering and payment

How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order via our webshop. Use the main menu and navigate directly to the right category. Then select the product and choose the desired options such as quantity and color. Via the checkout page, you can pay for your order securely and quickly via iDeal or afterwards via Klarna.

How can I change my order?

Did you order the wrong product? Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. The sooner you notify us of the incorrect order, the lower the chance that it has already been shipped.

I provided the wrong delivery address, what now?

Can I have any color mixed?

Depending on the product, you can choose to enter a mixed color. This is clearly stated on the product page. You then enter the color code. We have a very wide range of mixed colors and can mix 99% of existing colors and color charts.

Can I order from abroad?

We are only equipped to ship products within the Netherlands and to Belgium. Are you looking for a specific product and would you like to have it shipped to a country other than the Netherlands or Belgium? Please contact us by email [email protected].

When will my order be shipped?

We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. We aim to ship products ordered before 3 p.m. on working days on the same day. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the shipping time, we will notify you by email or telephone.

Do I pay shipping costs?

Due to the many increases by suppliers and carriers, we have decided to charge shipping costs for each order. This is a one-time surcharge that is calculated on your order. Other stores and companies include shipping costs in the product prices, so you do not pay shipping costs per order but per product. We do not consider this fair to our customers. This allows us to continue to offer very competitive prices.

Many of our products are sold in bulk packaging and we pay the carrier by weight. As a result, we have calculated a smaller surcharge for small orders and a slightly higher surcharge for larger orders.

What are the shipping costs within the Netherlands?

€6.95 for orders under €150
€9.95 for orders under €300
€14.95 for orders under €500
€19.95 for orders under €1000
€24.95 for orders over €1000

What are the shipping costs to Belgium?

€9.95 for orders under €150
€14.95 for orders under €300
€19.95 for orders under €500
€24.95 for orders under €1000
€29.95 for orders over €1000

You may occasionally wish to return an order. Perhaps you are not satisfied with the product, or there may be another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.

Conditions

  • You can return a product within 30 days of receipt.
  • The return costs are at your own expense. You can return the product via PostNL or we can have it picked up by our regular carrier, in which case the costs will be charged to you.
  • In the case of damaged products or packaging, the reduction in value will be charged to you.
  • Mixed products cannot be returned.

After receiving the goods + Return Form, we will credit your money within 10 working days. You will receive confirmation of this by email.
