Anti-Slip Sand

Anti-slip sand creates a durable, textured, and safe floor system that significantly reduces the risk of slipping. The sand has a grain size of 0.8 – 1.0 mm (medium) and is suitable for use in warehouses, production areas, workshops, retail spaces, basements, garages, and residential applications. Ideal for floors where additional grip is required.

Consumption
The consumption rate is approximately 25 kg per 100 m², which equals about 0.25 kg per m².
With our packaging sizes, you can treat the following surface areas:

• 5 kg → approx. 20 m²
• 10 kg → approx. 40 m²
• 25 kg → approx. 100 m²

Actual consumption may vary depending on the substrate and the desired level of texture.

Application Instructions

1. Evenly broadcast the anti-slip sand into the first wet coating layer.
2. Allow the floor to dry for approximately 24 hours.
3. Remove excess sand using a broom and vacuum the surface thoroughly.
4. Seal the surface with a second layer of concrete coating to fully encapsulate the anti-slip sand.
