Anti-Slip Sand

Anti-Slip Sand ensures a rough and safe floor system where you prevent slipping. This sand is available in medium 0.8 to 1.0mm and you apply it to floors in warehouses, production areas, workshops, retail spaces, cellars, garages and homes.

Consumption:
On normal concrete and/or cement screeds, consumption is approximately 1.5 to 3kg/m2/layer depending on the desired roughness.

Instructions for use:

• Sprinkle the sand in the desired quantity into the first wet layer and allow to dry thoroughly. By means of spiked shoes you can walk through the wet coating layer and sprinkle in the sand.
• After approximately 24 hours, remove excess sand with a broom and vacuum with a vacuum cleaner.
• Seal the anti-slip sand with a second layer of concrete coating.
