Wixx Bathroom Wall Paint Matt is a high-quality, matte interior wall paint specially developed for areas with increased moisture exposure, such as bathrooms, showers, kitchens, and toilets. This paint provides long-lasting protection against mould growth while delivering a clean, calm finish on walls and ceilings.

Thanks to its excellent coverage and fast drying time, you can work efficiently and quickly achieve a smooth, even, and professional end result. The paint is solvent-free, non-yellowing, and vapour-permeable, allowing the substrate to breathe and ensuring a durable, long-lasting finish.

Thinning / Cleaning
The paint is ready to use but can be diluted with up to 10% water if necessary. Clean tools immediately after use with clean water.

Coverage / Drying Time
• Coverage: approx. 8 m² per liter, depending on the substrate and application method
• Dust-dry: after approx. 1 hour
• Recoatable: after approx. 4–5 hours

Surface Preparation & Application
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, grease, and mould residues; Wixx Powerclean can be used for cleaning. Remove any existing mould thoroughly and allow the surface to dry completely. On untreated, highly absorbent, or slightly powdery substrates, first apply one coat of Wixx Covering Primer.
Stir the paint thoroughly and apply 1 to 2 coats of Wixx Bathroom Wall Paint Matt using a roller, brush, or airless paint sprayer. Apply at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C and ensure adequate ventilation during and after application. Allow each coat to dry fully before applying the next.
