Wixx 2K Epoxy Concrete Paint is a professional two-component epoxy system, specially developed for the durable protection of floors subjected to heavy daily use. The semi-gloss finish provides maximum wear resistance and excellent resistance to oil, grease, chemicals, and tire marks. Ideal for applications where quality and durability are essential.

Application Instructions

For optimal adhesion, always start with a clean surface. Thoroughly clean the floor with Wixx Super Degreaser and rinse with clean water. Allow the floor to dry completely, lightly sand, and remove all dust. Then apply one coat of Wixx 2K Universal Primer to reduce absorption and improve adhesion. Next, mix components A and B of this epoxy concrete paint for at least three minutes with a mechanical mixer until a uniform mass is achieved. The coating has a working time (pot life) of approximately 90 minutes and should be applied in two coats using a roller, brush, or airless spray. For spray applications, up to 5% epoxy thinner can be added. Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C.

Coverage

Approximately 6 m² per liter (depending on the substrate’s absorption).
20 liters covers approximately 120 m².
