Wixx PRO Chassis Coating Black

Wixx PRO Chassis Coating has been specially developed for preserving metal structures such as chassis of vehicles, caravans, static caravans and motorhomes. This coating excellently withstands weather influences and weak acids and bases. The chassis coating provides long-lasting protection against corrosion and moisture.

• Coverage: approximately 4m2 per litre

Instructions for use
Remove loose old paint residues, rust and grease and then sand the substrate. Use the product on a dry, grease-free and dust-free substrate. This coating is best applied at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C. You can apply the product with a brush, roller or spray gun. At a temperature of 20°C, the film dries touch-dry after 4 hours and after 8 hours you can handle the film. Do not apply the product at a temperature below 4°C. Apply the product in 2 coats, depending on the desired layer thickness.

Application:
You apply Wixx Chassis Coating with roller, brush or airless spray.
Important: when using airless spray, thin the product 5% with Wixx Turpentine/White Spirit.

Thinning/Cleaning:
You can thin or clean this coating with Wixx Turpentine/White Spirit.

Primer:
For untreated surfaces we always recommend 2 coats of Wixx Chassis Coating.
