Wixx PRO Silo Lacquer Black

Wixx PRO Silo Lacquer is a bituminous protective coating that is completely free from coal tar derivatives. This lacquer provides excellent protection against moisture and aggressive influences on concrete and stone. In addition, it also effectively protects metal surfaces against moisture.
Applicable as protection for metal, stone and concrete. For example, for protecting concrete in manure and feed silos and drinking water tanks.
This lacquer is not miscible with tar-containing products.

Moderately UV-resistant, film-forming, impregnating and water-repellent. Forms a plastic, non-sticky topcoat. No emissions occur after drying. On concrete it is reasonably resistant to acids.

• Coverage: approximately 5m2 per litre

Application:
Wixx PRO Silo Lacquer can be applied with roller, brush or airless spray.
Important: when using airless spray, thin 5% with Wixx Turpentine/White Spirit.

Thinning/Cleaning:
Wixx PRO Silo Lacquer can be thinned or cleaned with Wixx Turpentine/White Spirit.

Primer:
For untreated surfaces we always recommend 2 coats of Wixx PRO Silo Lacquer.
