Wixx 2K Epoxy Filler

Wixx 2K epoxy filler is a solvent-free, thixotropic repair filler consisting of two components. This product is ideally suited for repairing cracks in floors, concrete and walls, filling openings and holes in corners and edges, and additionally bonding various construction elements.

Application areas
Wixx 2K epoxy filler is applied as repair and levelling filler in:

• Factories, storage facilities and shopping centres
• Industrial halls, aircraft hangars and laboratories
• Schools, hospitals and pharmaceutical industry
• Parking garages and water treatment plants
• Floors where heavy machinery and corrosive chemicals are used
• Installation of bridge bearings, machine foundations and railway tracks

Application
The substrate must first be completely free from loose parts, grease, dust and other contaminants. Then use a milling cutter, sandblaster or sanding machine to prepare the surface. For bonding, the surfaces must also be completely grease and dust-free. The mixed floor filler must be used within the working time. Working time: 30 to 50 minutes.

Application
Wixx 2K epoxy filler can be applied with a spatula or filling knife.

Drying time
Dust-dry: 4 to 5 hours at 20°C
Touch-dry: 7 to 8 hours at 20°C
Fully cured: 7 days at 20°C

Safety and health

• First ensure adequate ventilation during application
• Then wear a mask and gloves
• In any case avoid direct contact with skin and eyes, use a respiratory mask with limited ventilation
