Wixx shed stain UV+ is an environmentally friendly, water-based wood stain that performs excellently both indoors and outdoors. This shed stain penetrates deep into the wood and also provides optimal protection against weather conditions, while maintaining a beautiful, natural appearance.

Application
This shed stain is ideally suited for treating sheds, garden houses and other wooden structures, both indoors and outdoors. Wixx shed stain UV+ therefore enhances the natural wood grain and extends the lifespan of your woodwork.

Application instructions
First ensure that the wood surface is thoroughly cleaned and degreased (preferably with Wixx All-purpose Cleaner) and that it is completely dry and dust-free. Then stir the garden house stain thoroughly for an even colour. Then apply the shed stain with a suitable brush, roller or spray, and work in the direction of the wood grain. For new or untreated wood, it is recommended to apply at least two coats. Light sanding between coats (use a fine grit, for example P220) also helps to achieve an extra smooth finish.

Thinning and Cleaning
The wood stain is ready to use and does not need to be thinned. Clean the tools immediately after use with water or a suitable cleaning agent.

Primer
For untreated wood, it is recommended to first apply a coat of Wixx Wood Impregnator. This further improves the adhesion and durability of the stain.

Coverage
Average yield: approximately 16 m² per litre, depending on the wood type and absorption.

Dust-dry: after 1 hour
Recoatable: after 4 hours
Fully cured: after 7 days
